They are then ground into our HABANERO Pepper Powder, with an average Scoville heat of over 250,000 - A little goes along way but makes a great spice for any dish. If you want more spice than RED Peppers but not so much as the KRAZY then this is the perfect choice. - Each pack is approx. 2oz and has been heat sealed. Unopened bag will last many years.
