Handmade Scottish Shortbread cookies taken to a whole new level by freeze drying them. These silver dollar size cookies are buttery, crispy and not too sweet. The freeze-drying process makes the flavors pop while still keeping the crispy texture. 

Processed and package for long term storage, these cookies are shelf stable for up to 5 years if stored in a cool dry place, not that they will last more than a day once you taste them.

Each bag is approx. 6oz and has 10 cookies.
